DISEASED- no one love this word- but when you hate it, it comes to you even more
In the previous post, I shared a correct understanding when it comes to disease
Pain, pain, fatigue … are signs that the body is healing itself
So why does the body recover on its own, but we still can’t get well?
The answer is: our feelings with the above signs
Our common reaction to detecting these un-normal signs will be hate, anxiety, tension, anger, irritability, etc. These emotions stop our self-healing. Because these emotions cause the brain to send out signals that stop the symptoms of pain, soreness, fatigue …, and at the same time, stop the body’s self-healing process.
So when we understand this, what we need to do is simply let go of natural reactions like Hate, Anxiety, Stretch, Resist …The body then does its thing and recovers quickly. In other words, we just need to transform our feelings towards our signals of disease and then our bodies will be healing itself
It sounds very simple, but when you are sick, annoyed, and anxious in the old way, it is NOT easy to NOT worry, hate, stretch, annoy … anymore.
And that is what I am doing, by some exercises and methods that help you practice, let go, and accept abnormal manifestations on the body. Additionally, I will give you some advice on your daily habit and meal. The rest, your body will take care of itself.
Appreciating my teacher who helped me realize these principles of life so that I can confidently share and help many people!
